Japanese kitchen · Nice
namura is a small room in the heart of Nice where sushi, robata grill and a seasonal omakase are prepared in front of you. Low tables, a garden view, and a menu that changes with the market.

What we do
Edomae-style nigiri, cut to order from fish chosen that morning. Rice seasoned with red vinegar, served at body temperature.
Skewers grilled over binchotan charcoal, and a slow tonkotsu broth simmered for eighteen hours before each service.
Eight to ten courses chosen by the chef at the counter. Ask for the seasonal tasting and let the kitchen decide.

The room
Timber floors, paper screens and lanterns woven from rattan. A stone garden sits just beyond the glass, so the room stays calm even at a full service.

Guests

Claire, Nice
“Best black cod I have eaten outside Kyoto. The room is so calm you forget you are on the Promenade.”
Marco, Antibes
“We came for lunch, the bento was perfect, and the staff remembered our names the next time.”
Yuki, Monaco
